Ready for Happy Hour, Laughter Yoga Style?? and...what happens in a Laughter Yoga Happy Hour?

Through sustained laughter and play we decrease 70% of stress in 10 minutes! We also become 900% more attractive....and we leave feeling amazing.

The event will start with Laughter Yoga (Hasyayoga). Laughter is a best medicine and in this complete wellbeing workout you will feel the benefits into your week.

Included will be some Laughter Wellness tips so you can easily integrate more laughter into your life.

Coming soon we will spotlight different Holistic modalities in each class.

RSVP's are NOT REQUIRED

Venue policy: no shoes, food or drink except water in a sealed container. Yoga mats are not needed.
